BEGINNERS Class session- 2012 just started! JOIN FEMA TODAY! Our Mission Statement: FEMA is a 501c3 non profit educational organization dedicated to the empowerment of all people through martial arts, wellness, personal safety and self defense training so we may have a more peaceful community and planet.  Five Element Martial Arts & Healing Center of Minneapolis offers everyone an opportunity to study the martial arts, safety skills, wellness and self defense in a safe, supportive & respectful environment.
YOU WILL LEARN our eclectic martial arts system of Gong Fu (Kung Fu), Judo, Jujitsu, Taiji (Tai Chi), Qigong, Meditation and Healing Arts called WU CHIEN PAI which is rooted in the Five Element theory of Chinese Medicine and Taoism. At FEMA we also specialize in teaching Women's Self Defense Seminars and classes both in our school and in our communities. Our Head Instructor is a NWMAF-Nationally Certified Self Defense Instructor. Shifu/Sensei Kore' Grate and students of the FIVE ELEMENT MARTIAL ARTS school, Minneapolis, MN perform at this years Pacific Association of Women Martial Artists Camp over Labor Day Weekend (Sept 3, 2011) in Seattle, Washington.
