(First night: Come 15-20 Minutes early= 6:10-6:15)

In the BEGINNERS CLASS You will LEARN:

          Stretching, Strengthening, and Expanded Mind using Agility and Gong fu/Wu Shu: Circular movements, kicks, punches, blocks & stances.

• How to Roll and Fall safely: Judo & Jujitsu
• Ancient Kata: Prearranged movements and creative forms from the Chinese & Japanese lineages.
  
• Taiji & Internal Arts: Basics from Yang Style Form, Push Hands & Qigong
• Meditation Practice
• Self Defense: Training for empowerment, learning choices

 YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE "in shape" to start!

Classes just for BEGINNERS in the Martial Arts as well as for those who have studied many years. 

Please arrive 20 minutes before the class start time to register.  Please wear loose-fitting clothing, no jewelry & be prepared to have fun and learn new things!

Tuition is $45-$120 per month sliding scale, plus $25 insurance fee per year.  (Family Rate/Student Rate=$25 per month per person)

Free uniform and patch if you pre-pay at least two months for the Beginner's Class plus Annual Insurance

Sliding scale is based on 4.5-5.0% of monthly take home pay. The minimum dues payment is $45 per month.
