Taiji

Every Monday Evening from 5:00 to 6:15 PM

Women and men are both invited to FEMA for a weekly study of Taiji (Tai Chi), including:

Yang Style Taiji -- A series of movements which develops balance, strength, relaxation, and (self) awareness. Each move is a journey, the whole form expressing the universe.

Tui-shou -- Push hands with partners. A fun way to discover what the moves are all about.

Qigong -- Internal martial arts using breath, mind, with movement/stillness.

Tai Chi Community

FEMA belongs to a strong community of Tai Chi players, both locally and (inter)nationally.  We are especially pleased to bring highly respected teachers to the Twin Cities, and we invite all who are interested to join us for these special events!
