In EVERY Class at FEMA we incorporate MEDITATION & Breath work to balance the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT

 

In our hectic world, this hour long adventure calms the mind and spirit, and allows the body to feel whole and vibrant. 

Meditation lowers blood pressure and reduces anxiety.

Meditation offers you a way to truly see your mind and heart.

Meditation helps reduce anger and frustration.

Meditation promotes compassion and mindfulness: great tools to relate to the world we live in.

About the Practice

We practice three traditions of Meditation:

Zen (Japanese)

Tiep Hein (Order of Interbeing)

Taoist (Chinese)

We use Sitting, Standing, Walking and Lying-down, Silent and Guided Meditation from these traditions to offer a wide variety for everyone to partake.
