Meditation lowers blood pressure and reduces anxiety. Meditation offers you a way to truly see your mind and heart. Meditation helps reduce anger and frustration. Meditation promotes compassion and mindfulness: great tools to relate to the world we live in. About the Practice We practice three traditions of Meditation: Zen (Japanese) Tiep Hein (Order of Interbeing) Taoist (Chinese) We use Sitting, Standing, Walking and Lying-down, Silent and Guided Meditation from these traditions to offer a wide variety for everyone to partake. “Our life asks us this question: Who are you and what are you doing here?
