• At FEMA we also specialize in teaching Women & Girls Self Defense Seminars and classes both in our school and in our communities.  Our Head Instructor is a NWMAF-Nationally Certified Self Defense Instructor.  We offer sessions three times a year at our school.  See SELF DEFENSE for dates/online registration.

BEGINNERS START ANY WEDNESDAY - 6:30-8:00pm
1) Please come 15-20 minutes prior to class start time to fill out some paperwork and have an orientation. One of our students will welcome you and help you with all that you need once you arrive.

2) Wear loose fitting clothing.  Please take off/all jewelry.  Please take out/tape over any piercings.

3) If you have any questions or concerns, let the teacher know before class.
