Feminist Eclectic Martial Arts of Minneapolis offers everyone an opportunity to study the martial arts in a safe and respectful environment.  Our school features classes just for women and girls as well as co-ed classes.  Most of our instructors are women, including our head instructor Shifu/Sensei Kore' Grate.

We teach Wu Chien Pai, an eclectic martial arts system that draws from Gong Fu (Kung Fu), Judo, Jujitsu, Taiji (Tai Chi) and Meditation.  Rooted in the Five Element theory of Chinese Medicine and Taoism, Wu Chien Pai also has a strong Healing Arts aspect.

We also teach classes in Women's Self Defense at our school and in the community.  In addition, specialized instruction is available in Iaido (Japanese Sword), Taiji, Meditation, and the Chinese Healing Exercises of Qigong and Liangong.
